The Mercedes-Benz Service App offers you a number of useful functions from assistance during breakdowns and emergencies, including easy creation of damage reports through to a practical parking place assistant, European driving information and with a direct link to the My Service on-line booking portal.

Accident assistance:
In the event of an accident the app provides useful advice on what to do, including helpful contact numbers and guides the user through the creation of a damage report quickly and simply, including photographic evidence and a sketch of the accident.

Practical assistance:
Useful functions such as en-route country specific driving information, retailer search, parking place assistant with automatic geo-positioning and parking meter alert support you during every day driving.

Book a Service Online:
The app provides a direct link to the award winning Mercedes-Benz My Service On-line booking portal, providing the ability to select your chosen retailer and book a service, repair, diagnosis or MOT in real time.
